Pitchers batting in obvious PH situations

As you may know, worlds that have not implemented the universal DH have pitchers hitting in obvious PH situations late in games when tied or losing. It’s frustrating in a tight game to see a pitcher bat when there are pinch hitters and relief pitchers available. That’s not baseball. This hopefully should not take a major review to repair. Just revert to the PH logic prior to the recent update so that pitchers are pinch hit for late in games.
