The hiring process is not good for HBD, especially the FI. The fact that one coach(the only one) handles every level of your team when their isn’t enough serviceable ones to go around for 32 teams. I have a very young team on a rebuild and got stuck with a 53 rating is going to severely stunt the growth of these young players. I understand having a bidding war for the very best but when a FI with a 71 rating is getting $5.6 mil this is needing fixed.
