FIX D1A COACH HIRING AND FIRING

We have reached a point where the single most important feature in gridiron dynasty that needs fixed is d1a coach hiring and firing. We are strapped with the abominations that are known as elite teams, but yet the way you get a job as an elite coach is a complete and total unknown. Nobody understands it and it doesn’t work any way. My suggestions:

#1 - turn on coach firing. A coach at Notre Dame should never be able to be a coach for 40 seasons and never get out of the first or second round of the playoffs. That’s not real.

#2 - stop giving preferential treatment to coaches at D1AA. A coach who has made the playoffs and had runs into the 2nd and 3rd round at a non-elite school should get preferential treatment over a coach in D1AA. Going straight from D1AA to D1A elite should never happen.

#3 - tell us the calculation. What do we need to do? Why is this secretive?

#4 - show the results and the rankings. Who applied? Who got 2nd, 3rd, etc.
