GD - A few suggestions

These may have been suggested:

1) Add NIL to all divisions except DIII - with decreasing dollar across the divisions in amounts separate from the recruiting budget - doesn’t have to be much - use in place of the gifts

2) “Realign” the conferences as part of the update - no real suggestion here, maybe a small update from the past decade - we all know this continues to be influx in real life.

3) Improve assistant coach “suggestions” during the season for recruits - players seem to be tied to needed positions, but rarely with recruits that would matter. If pursued, this would be a leg up in recruiting as they were “recruited” the previous season. This last point may happen already, but since I never recruit these players, I wouldn’t know.
