GD - Losing ground if no scholarship is offered

This suggestion originated from BigZeke but I've tweaked it a little bit.

If a school hasn't offered a scholarship after signings have begun, then that school should start losing ground with that player. The player would start to wonder whether the school really wanted him if they haven't offered him a scholarship, so it makes sense that school would start losing ground.

    To add to this I think SIM AI’s that have been knocked off a recruit be completely removed on the back-end. I’ve had a coach jump on my guy last minute and go above me on the recruit and knocked me off. They didn’t offer a scholarship, and when they filled the 3 SIM AI’s that were on the recruit came back and I was in Red like my initial recruiting efforts were “deleted”
