-Raise the bar for low stamina pitchers. A “pitcher” that can only maintain 5-10 pitches is practically useless, especially in the minor leagues.
-Speed at 0 seems silly, does the guy need a walker to get around the base paths?

    Have minimum stamina for pitchers and catchers. And have minimum control as well for pitchers.
