Remove the hiring of individual coaches, it has become too tedious and Fielding Coaches are extremely inflated. Perhaps a change would be to budget coaching costs similar to scouting budgets. Could set Major League between $500k-$3M at increments of $500k, with the average coaching budget being $1.5M. How much you spend determines their effectiveness. Minor league coaches could still be hired per level, or as a general Minor League coaches except increments of $50k. This eases the frustrations of hiring coaches and also prevents some owners from stashing all their good prospects at one level and ignoring the other minor league levels.
