HBD Create-a-Player

Allow users to create three low impact prospects every season that get randomly added to the draft pool or IFA pool. This would not only add excitement to the game, it could help with adding more players to mlb rosters (more 2nd round picks and lower money IFAs on mlb rosters).

It would be one prospect with an overall rating under 60 and two prospects with an overall rating under 50. Obviously, hbd users will manipulate this so there would need to be a cap (85) on all coachable and trainable ratings. Otherwise users would simply make prospects with 99 ratings across the board.

Assuming hbd users develop the prospects, this will likely add more players to mlb rosters.
