HBD Demotion Penalty

If you demote a player in HBD, he suffers a psychological penalty that he never recovers from. If we need an extra pitcher due to a 18-inning game, we should be able to demote somebody for the fresh arm without causing irreversible harm to the prospect who was demoted.
