HBD Draft Lottery

Feature RequestHardball Dynasty

Update the draft similar to MLB’s draft lottery. Instead of MLB’s bottom 18, use HBD’s protected picks (1-16). This might help prevent a lot of the tanking that’s going on and closer relates the game to the MLB as it is today.
