HBD - leave trades up after you have acted on it

Currently, after Accepting or Vetoing a trade, it disappears until it is either Complete or Vetoed.

It would be nice to have trades remain there as ‘Pending’ so that you can refer back to it if it becomes a discussion topic in the chat (eg. “so-and-so is ripping off Newbie”).
