HBD -- Stadium/Ballparks

I would like to see a stadium alteration option in the budget. You can pay to increase/decrease the ballpark factors.

If no room or desire for stadium alterations in the budget, I'd like to see some historical or fictional stadiums added to the lists and with the specific goal of adding more stadiumsthat have extreme ballpark factors.

You could add Polo Grounds (extreme pitcher's park for home runs, but extreme hitters park for extra base hits).

You could add Atlantis (below sea level = extreme pitcher's park).

You could add the Estadio Daniel Alcides Carrión from Peru (14,000+ above sea level as an e treme hitter's park)

You could add the three high altitude stadiums from Bolivia— Estadio Municipal de Villa Ingenio; Estadio Víctor Agustín Ugarte; Estadio Hernando Siles.

You could add Ghor AL Safi Pitch (Jordan stadium 1000 feet below seas level)

Comiskey Park (pitchers park); Southside Park (pitchers park); astrodome (pitchers park); Forbes Field (pitchers park); etc.

Ebbets Field (hitters park); Baker Bowl (hitters park); etc

You get the idea.
