HBD tandem pitchers

Feature RequestHardball Dynasty

Allow for tandem pitchers in any spot in the rotation. Currently only allowed at the end of a rotation. Also, allow for tandems in all six rotation spots, not just the first four.

I run tandems quite often and always think about this request; so thank you for adding it.
