HBD trade proposal notifications ...

Similar but different to this post, we currently get a ribbon message that a team has proposed a trade to us, but there is no notification when a team accepts (or rejects) a trade. Similar to when a trade goes through, it would be nice to see a message arrive in the inbox saying as much.
