When a coach takes over a new school the recruits from their former team that were not yet signed and had 50% or better on scholarship appear on their Recruiting- Home- categorize tab with 33% of scholarship filled. This way coaches can have a chance to recruit players they could have got at former school and compete against their former school for a player. This only happens when the coach stays at same Division (1, 2, or 3) or moves up a Division. Some players you can get in Recruiting at a D2 and D3 school could start for some of these D1 teams that a person could take over.

10%-20% of Sim coached teams release a random player at start of RS2. This would create new recruits and provide a small opportunity for a great recruit to be added to the recruiting pool from one of the sim coached teams.
