If one of my slower players does indeed get pinch run for, how would "Sparky" determine who would take his place in the field in the following inning? Do I have to assign a replacement myself? If so, which hierarchy chart do I use? The Player Rest Chart or Defensive Replacement One?

One of my team's has 1971 Graig Nettles at 3rd. He's a great defender but slow. If “Sparky” pinch runs for him, how is the new 3rd baseman determined? Do I have to set it up in either the Rest Hierarchy Chart and/or Defensive Replacement Chart? Or would “Sparky” just scan my roster and install who he thinks is best?
