Increase HBD Commish Reward

As someone who has enough cash to fund my own teams, but also am commish in two worlds, the extra cash could (and would) be used to offer free seasons to others as an incentive to join our world(s). I also know that other commish’es have said similar things. Not sure exactly how much the increase should be, and I’m also cognisant of the fact that it’s likely largely based off of WIS’ profit etc.
