Minor League Player Improvements

Just two simple ones (I’m sure there are many more).

1) Give us more minor league guys that are capable fielders. Make it impossible for them to hit past the AA level, if necessary, but providing enough guys in the lower minors that can play SS and CF adequately will make the game much more enjoyable for a few reasons (it’ll also help to cut pitcher fatigue by reducing errors/shortening games).

2) Give us more minor league pitchers who are true starters right away (guys who can go 5 innings at least). Bump up the stam/dur to a level that allows us to have real rotations. Again, limit them in other areas so as not to make them all Big leaguers. We all hate minor league pitching fatigue issues…most worlds have a few franchises (or more) that struggle with this issue every season. This should be an easy fix, I would think.
