Prospect Anomoly - 3rd time it has happened

While reviewing prospects for the amateur draft, I noticed that all of the prospects ranked from 438-490 are DH prospects. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this occur in my leagues. When posted in my leagues, others have also indicated that this has occurred in their prospects too. Any ideas?
