Rolling 10 Year Baseline Prestige for HD

Will decrease the power of baseline prestige at D1

Will allow coaches to build up programs at any school without being destroyed by the power of baseline prestige in recruiting

Will make all of the worlds way more unique, as new powerhouse programs are much more likely to pop up if rolling baseline prestige is added.

My suggestion for the formula would be taking the current formula, lets say it’s

Baseline Prestige 4 Year Success or
Baseline Prestige + 4 Year Success

And making it

(1/2 Baseline Prestige+ 10 Year Success) * 4 Year Success or
(1/2 Baseline Prestige+ 10 Year Success) + 4 Year Success

Whatever the formula is
