Sim baseball commissioner capabilities

Thanks for creating the option for a commissioner to replace players on another team. Please add the capability to replace sim-generated AAA players with actual players. We have a draft that includes eight AAA players, and almost every season an owner forgets to load a drafted player on a team, but the commish can only swap out a drafted player for another drafted player, instead of adding a drafted player by replacing a fake one.
