Spring training lineups & player settings

Both lineups and player settings are typically very different for ST. It would be nice to save a lineups and player settings as “ST” so that you can keep them separated from the usual settings.

That way when the regular season starts you can load your preferred lineup (without having to reinvent it) and pitcher settings, etc.
