Stats API

Problem: Most communities in WiS have user supported tools for generating custom reporting. I can speak specifically for SimLeague Basketball where we have custom stats dashboard, league histories, automated score tracking for theme leagues, etc. Most of these relies on either screen scraping tools or importxml/importhtml nonsense from Sheets/Excel. This creates a lot of limitations, throttling and constantly breaks with subtle UI changes.

Idea: Expose APIs we could hit - could tie to our user credentials to prevent abuse - to pull league/game/team specific stats to support improved user created content.
