Two-way players before Ohtani

Now that we have the ability to draft Ohtani as both a pitcher and a hitter, in the seasons in which he regularly did both, it’s time to add other historical players in the same vein. 1918 Ruth is the most obvious example, but there are others as well, especially from the 19th century.
